Chargers News: Bolts TE Notches TD On National TE Day

This is a shootout.
In this story:

Your Los Angeles Chargers have tied up their battle with the reigning Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs on the road, 17-17, after a touchdown by tight end Gerald Everett. On National Tight Ends Day, no less!

Let's take a look at it:

Everett brought this in from 7 yards out on 3rd & Goal, in a must-win game on a must-score drive. The Chargers offense has been terrific today after their first drive, recording a field goal and two touchdowns on the three drives since.

At the time of this being written, the Chargers have the ball back on an interception by Asante Samuel Jr., off of a Patrick Mahomes pass intended for Mecole Hardman.

The Chargers are definitely in a solid position to make something possible here - let's see what the rest of this game holds.

One way or another, this is incredibly entertaining, and is a peak duel between two of the best young QBs in the game, Justin Herbert and Patrick Mahomes.
