Charger Fans React to Heartbreaking Monday Night Loss to Cowboys

LA falls to 2-3 in the season

Another golden opportunity wasted, Charger fans. Your Bolts dropped their third game of the season, this time to the Dallas Cowboys at home, 20-17.

After coming out hot and scoring seven points in the first couple of minutes of the game, the offense went cold, and they could never recreate that same energy.

There were a handful of things to point the loss to, and the fans weren't shy to let their voice be heard via Twitter/X.

That last tweet pretty much sums up life as a Charger fan. The Bolts had multiple opportunities, including the last series of the game, to tie the game or win it.

However, LA failed to convert a first down on that last series that ended on an interception by Justin Herbert. In these situations, the last play is magnitude by 1,000, but it was not Herbert's fault.

The offensive line offered Herbert zero time to get a good look at one of his pass catchers and credit the front seven of Dallas to make running back Austin Ekeler virtually non-existent.

This game will be a tough one to swallow for the Bolts, and it won't get easier as they will now travel to Kansas City to take on their rival Chiefs for the first time in 2023.

It's a short week for the Chargers, so now it is time to rest up and prepare for the Chiefs.
