    Chargers Injury News: Austin Ekeler Dealing with Ankle Issue, Status Uncertain

    Los Angeles Chargers head coach Brandon Staley provided some not-so-assuring news regarding star running back Austin Ekeler. 

    According to Staley, Ekeler suffered an ankle injury, and his status has been downgraded to questionable. 

    The star running back came out of the gates hot, rushing for 117 yards, 47 receding yards, and one touchdown in his 2023 debut. 

    Losing Ekeler would be a massive loss for the Bolts, as they're searching for their first win of the season in Week 2.
