Chargers Injury Report: Latest On Long-Hurt Bolts Jalen Guyton, Otitio Ogbonnia Vs Bears

LA has a decision to make on these two soon.

Two long-injured Los Angeles Chargers will remain out today against the Chicago Bears.

But because they're both officially not considered physically able to perform, they're not even quite qualified for the club's inactive list.

Per Daniel Popper of The Athletic, Los Angeles wide receiver Jaylen Guyton and defensive lineman Otitio Ogbonnia are not officially on LA's active roster. The Bolts will have to activate both players from their physically unable to perform (PUP) list by November 9th, assuming the franchise's front office ultimately wants to retain either player this season.

This critical matchup between 2-5 Chicago and 2-4 Los Angeles, which represents a borderline must-win for either club's spiraling season, has just tipped off at SoFi Stadium. Fans can watch on NBC with cable or satellite packages or Peacock with streaming. The Chargers entered the game as heavy (-10) betting favorites, per The Action Network

We'll see if they can get the job done sans the contributions of Guyton or Ogbonnia very soon.

Guyton, who was a full-time participant in team practice this past week, played sparingly last season, appearing in just two contests for the Bolts in September before tearing his ACL. He had a total of two receptions for 64 yards in those games.
