Can Moore revolutionize this Bolts offense?
In this story:

We're inching closer and closer, Charger fans. Media day for your Bolts was on Monday, and on Tuesday, it was mandatory mini-camp. There is a ton to look forward to for the Chargers, the list is too long, but Bolts insider for ESPN Lindsey Thiry may help us narrow it down.

ESPN's latest column broke down a storyline to watch for each NFL team. Thiry mentioned LA's new offensive coordinator Kellen Moore and how he will make it work with his new weapons.

Storyline to watch:

Coordinator Kellen Moore's offense

Quarterback

Justin Herbert

has made progress in his recovery from offseason left shoulder surgery, but despite throwing in individual drills during organized team activities, it remains unclear to what extent he'll be able to participate in mandatory minicamp. Nevertheless, minicamp should provide a glimpse into a revamped offense under first-year coordinator Moore, who is expected to install a scheme that creates more explosive plays and establishes a dependable run game.

Moore's offense has proven to get the job done in the NFL, but it is up to the players to execute it. Although the Dallas Cowboys, Moore's former team, didn't reach the ultimate goal, they still put numbers on the board.

LA has all the weapons, maybe even more than the Cowboys, so they should be able to thrive in their new offensive coordinator's playbook. Still, it will take some time for the players to get it down to a tee, but with a whole summer ahead of them, they should be a well-oiled machine come September.

This is one of the many things Charger fans will be looking forward to, and we cannot wait to see how it plays out and how it looks on the gridiron.
