Chargers News: All-Pro Lineman Praises Khalil Mack as a Difficult Opponent
The Los Angeles Chargers are inching closer to the 2023 season, and it's no secret that the defense will need to improve in a big way.
The LA defense was very disappointing last season, and some of it had to do with health. The Bolts were missing some big-time players; however, they had enough to get the job done, including All-Pro outside linebacker Khalil Mack.
Mack has established himself as one of the best defenders in the past decade. He's one of the most intimidating players in NFL history, and opposing players realize that.
So much so that Tampa Bay Buccanneers All-Pro offensive lineman Tristan Wirfs listed Mack as one of the top pass-rushers he's faced.
That's an impressive list with some All-pro talents. Wirfs will be entering his fourth season in the league and has already faced among the best pass-rushers the NFL has to offer.
Mack has garnered the respect of his opponents and deservedly so, as he is a seven-time Pro-Bowler, three-time All-Pro, and a member of the All-2010s team.
The 32-year-old will be going into his 10th season in the league, and he will look to regain his Defensive Player of the Year form in a loaded defense.
Mack will look to wreak havoc and lead the Chargers to new heights in 2023.
