Chargers News: Austin Ekeler Set to Make Comeback for Their Monday Night Clash

This is what we wanted to hear, Charger fans. 

The Bolts star running back Austin Ekeler is set to return to the lineup for their Monday Night showdown against the Dallas Cowboys.

This is the news all Charger fans hoped for, and we couldn't be any more excited. Ekeler has missed the past three games due to a high ankle sprain. 

His status was up in the air for all three games, but he missed them as he wasn't ready to rush back from injury. 

The bye week helped a lot for the star running back, and now things are looking up for the Bolts and the 28-year-old undrafted star. 

We're going to need Ekeler and others to come off this bye week with a vengeance because you know the Cowboys are going to want to avenge their embarrassing loss to the 49ers on Sunday Night Football> 

Monday Night Primetime will be the best chance for the Bolts to show they are legit, especially against an excellent defense. 

This should be fun, and we cannot wait to see Ekeler back on the gridiron.
