The Los Angeles Chargers are loaded with talent in almost every position. From their quarterback, wide receivers, running back, defensive lineman, and secondary. Their skill players are loaded and will be set to make an impact in a massive way in 2023.

There's no doubt those players matter to the success of the Chargers, but so do the big guys in the trenches, and the Bolts have one at their disposal in Rashawn Slater. Slater will enter his third year in the league and has established himself as one of the best offensive linemen in the game. The 24-year-old is being viewed as such as he made the Top 5 OTS under 25 list.

The one-time Pro Bowler is among the best young tackles and one of the best in the entire league. He made the pro bowl as a rookie and finished fourth n the NFL AP Offensive Rookie of the Year voting in 2021. In 2022, he suffered a bicep injury that kept him out for the remainder of the season; he only played in three games. He played in 175 offensive snaps in three games and only allowed one sack and one penalty.

Slater is listed as one of the smallest OL at 6'3', 315 pounds, but he uses all his height and weight to be an elite offensive lineman. The big guy is set to return for the 2023 season, and we'll need him to protect the franchise QB and run the trenches.

This is just the beginning for Slater; we can't wait to see how he looks once he returns.
