The Los Angeles Chargers made a splash off-season move last year when they signed Pro Bowler J.C Jackson. Jackson was sure to be the lockdown corner for the Bolts, but that didn't last long. In his seventh game of the season, Jackson suffered a ruptured patellar tendon and missed the remainder of the season.

Their $82.5 million man is working his way back onto the field as he was spotted at the Chargers' offseason program in Costa Mesa on Monday.

Jackson was coming off his best season as a pro for the New England Patriots. He finished the 2021 season with eight interceptions, a pick-six, and a league-leading 23 pass deflections for the Pats and was named second-team All-Pro.

His time as a Charger has been forgettable. He was benched in a week six matchup against the Denver Broncos and got injured the week after. When he returns, Jackson will have a lot to prove to himself, the Chargers, and the league.

According to Chargers head coach Brandon Staley, J.C. has no timetable to return. Nonetheless, it's great to hear J.C. is back with his team, preparing to replicate a similar season he had in 2021. off-season
