Chargers News: Joe Hortiz On Jim Harbaugh - "It's Been A Blast"

New Los Angeles Chargers general manager Joe Hortiz and fresh Bolts head coach Jim Harbaugh appear to be two workaholic peas in a pod, at least so far.
Appearing before the media at the NFL Combine in Indianapolis earlier this week, Giana Han of The Baltimore Banner captured Hortiz's glowing report card on the CFP national championship winning former Michigan Wolverines head coach, to this point.

Hortiz explained that Harbaugh was "all about getting better and being the best. I love him. It's been a blast. I'm talking about the enthusiasm he's brought to the building every day. I'm in there in the morning, coming into his office, you feel the energy. Our players feel it. Our coaching staff feels it. He walks into the draft room when we're in meetings. The scouts feel it. So it's exciting, it certainly is."
Harbaugh is the winningest active coach in the NFL by record, as he sported a 44-19-1 regular season record during his four-year stint with the San Francisco 49ers that yielded one Super Bowl appearance, which his club lost to Hortiz's Baltimore Ravens.
Most recently, he posted an 86-25 record with Michigan, which included bowl appearances in all but one of his nine seasons.
