The Los Angeles Chargers will enter a crucial 2024 season. Thanks to the addition of new head coach Jim Harbaugh, all eyes will be on the Bolts.

Harbaugh is set to take the Chargers to new heights. With how he works, don't be surprised if it happens as quickly as this season. The 60-year-old has a knack for quickly turning teams or programs around, and he has everything at his disposal to do the same in Los Angeles.

That is why the Chargers hired Harbaugh, to get this team on track. Harbaugh was always the guy for the job; however, the Bolts still needed some insight and advice from him.

Who better else to ask for that advice than his brother and Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh? John spoke to the media at the NFL Scouting Combine today and revealed what advice he gave the Chargers on hiring his brother.

Not only did the Chargers need Jim, but he also wanted to be here and deeply cares for the organization.

It's clear this is a home run hire, and the results will show it. Harbaugh is dedicated to the game of football and the group of men he will lead. Although the talent is there, it won't be an easy road for Harbaugh and staff.

However, if they nail the draft, pick up good free agents, and make tough cuts and decisions that will better the team, the Chargers will be fine with Jim Harbaugh in 2024.

John is happy for his brother, the Chargers are static to have their guy, and Jim is delighted to be here; what more could you ask for?
