In this story:

Kyle Van Noy is one of the numerous free agents still left on the market that last suited up with the Los Angeles Chargers in 2022 but has not necessarily been welcomed back to the franchise after a wild card playoff exit.

Noy did exactly what he was brought in to do for the squad. He was a consistent option on the defensive line that was ready for every play and brought a level of toughness that Brandon Staley was looking to implement within the organization. LA has Super Bowl aspirations and Noy has experience in that regard.

However, he is also 32-years-old and if one thing is clear right now, the Bolts are trying to get a bit younger. Noy actually took to Twitter to reveal to the fans exactly why he will not be back in powder blue next season and shared that LA told him they did not want him back.

The veteran LB continued on by talking about he sees a lot of potential in the squad despite him no longer being there and promised to touch more on his departure later down the line. However, he also confirmed that he will be looking elsewhere to play next year.

Perhaps the division-rival Raiders? Certain experts certainly think so.

"I think the Raiders would be interested in Van Noy because of his proven fit with the scheme. From a personnel perspective, they could certainly use him as well. The question is whether Van Noy wants to sign up for what could be a rough season in Las Vegas. All else being equal, I could see him preferring the Broncos, who have an attacking defense that could put him in position to make plays, or even a reunion with Vikings DC Brian Flores in Minnesota despite the coach cutting him after one year in Miami."

This will be something to keep an eye on for the Bolts!
