Chargers News: LA Fans Share Wishlists For Remaining Days Of Free Agency
Heading into the first couple of days of free agency, it wasn't looking too hot for your Los Angeles Chargers. They were working night and day to figure out how fix their payroll situation that had them up to $20 million over the cap. Luckily thanks to the restructuring of certain contracts, they survived and came out with money to spend these past few days.
It's been a wild ride so far as we've welcomed back some fan favorites, received some retirement announcements on social media, and allowed an important young star to explore a trade. It's been a little more quiet these past 24 hours but Chargers fans will not fully rest until the free agency period is officially over.
There is still a decent list of free agents out there that have yet to sign with a team and that our fanbase and insiders believe could make a difference in LA. An obvious favorite has been safety John Johnson III who just got released from the Cleveland Browns and he has played into the hype. Another has been the infamous running back Ezekiel Elliot who also was recently waived by the Dallas Cowboys.
Twitter has been a hot spot for the community to gather as a collective group and react to the latest news, drop hot takes, and thank players for their time. However, as the week goes on, they are also starting to give their own opinions at who should be the Chargers' last few additions to wrap things up.
Let's take a look at some of them !
