No matter what any opposing fanbase has to say about the Los Angeles Chargers about their failures in 2022, everybody knows the skillsets that Justin Herbert and the rest of their offensive team bring to the table.

At this rate, it's looking like Austin Ekeler is going to remain with the Bolts for at least one more season and that is somebody who, outside of his elite running skills, was also able to lead all WR's in receptions last season.

Then you add in Keenan Allen and Mike Williams who totaled almost 2,000 receiving yards together despite missing multiple games and that is already a very seasoned group on that side of the ball.

The last memory that the NFL world has of the Chargers is them entering a second half against the Jacksonville Jaguars and failing to make any successful runs with all of their passing lanes being shut off. They lacked versatility and composure at the time but this is a whole new year.

The addition of Kellen Moore is going to prove to be ultra-important in changing up LA's playbook against every opponent and the Bolts also have some youth to help with their scoring as they drafted TCU's own Quentin Johnston and Derius Davis.

They still have a long way to go to reach the levels of the Chiefs and the Eagles but this Bolts squad will come into their own. Bleacher Report experts are showing them a ton of love as they enter their offseason workouts.

"The result is a group that felt disjointed when healthy and shorthanded with difference-makers out of the lineup. The personnel remains largely the same heading into next season."

"Slater should come back healthy, and the team drafted TCU wide receiver Quentin Johnston with their first-round pick. That should give Herbert a strong trio of receivers when they are healthy and a young option who could step up if/when Allen or Williams are out of the lineup."

Many eyes will be turned once again in 2023 from those who gave up on this group.
