Your Los Angeles Chargers dropped another winnable game last weekend, this time to the Green Bay Packers by a score of 23-20. It was a game that the team needed to grab to keep their slim playoff hopes alive. With the loss, LA dropped to 4-6 on the season, and the playoffs seem out of reach now.

Linebacker Eric Kendricks was asked about the frustration level within the Chargers locker room after the game, and he didn't hold back.

"10 out of 10, man," Kendricks said [while weighing the frustration level in the team’s locker room]. "We're doing really good things throughout the game."

The Chargers know that they let the game against Green Bay slip away from themselves, but this has become a common theme for this team. They have played down to their opponents all year, and it has hurt them within games.

LA has a lot of talent on their roster, but they haven't been able to maximize anything. Some of it comes down to the coaching staff, but it's also on the players to take care of business on the field.

"Obviously, we could clean up some stuff, but we're doing good things throughout the game to put ourselves in a position to win," Kendricks added. "When it's coming down to it, we're not handling our job."

If this year continues down the path that it is on, changes will be made. It will likely start with head coach Brandon Staley and go from there.

This organization should be doing much better than they have been, and it's been frustrating to witness. Hopefully, they can turn things around this weekend, even if it seems bleak right now.
