Sunday night was another reminder of how far your Los Angeles Chargers still need to go. They dropped another game this season that they could have won, and it saw their record drop to 4-7 on the season.

Facing the Baltimore Ravens, the Chargers held their own for the majority of the game. The defense came to play, but the offense never showed up.

The Bolts turned the ball over four times and still had a chance to win. Running back Austin Ekeler was one of the Chargers who committed a turnover, and he spoke about it after the game.

“I gotta make sure I do my part and make the plays. [I] can’t give up the ball. Gotta make sure I’m playing at the standard I’m supposed to be playing at.” — Ekeler, who lost a fumble for the second consecutive game

Ekeler carried the ball 10 times for 32 yards, but he did add four catches for 32 yards as well. It wasn't a great game overall for the veteran running back, and his struggles this season continued.

The Ravens shut the Bolts' offense down the entire game, except for one drive. It was a poor performance from a unit that needed to back up a strong showing from their defense.

It feels like the Chargers have issues with getting both sides of the ball to perform well at the same time. It has been a real problem this season and has resulted in them losing multiple games.

The Bolts now head to face the New England Patriots on the road in a must-win game. New England isn't a very good team, but the Chargers can't afford to take them for granted.
