We are only a few months away from the NFL season, and experiencing his first is Chargers rookie Quentin Johnston.

The Wide Receiver out of TCU was drafted with the Chargers' 22nd pick in this year's NFL Draft, and some people are saying that for the height of his selection, the Bolts got the steal of the draft.

In fact, PFF Analyst Josh Liskiewitz believes that drafting Johnston was the biggest move of the Chargers' offseason.

Liskiewitz believes he can make a quick impact in an effort to inject youth and athleticism into the skill positions for Los Angeles.

Look for Johnston to make a quick impact in an effort to inject youth and athleticism into the skill positions for Los Angeles. He forced 19 missed tackles on just 60 receptions and averaged 17.8 yards per catch a season ago.

This idea comes from his ability to explode, especially when running traffic, as Johnston forced 19 missed tackles on just 60 receptions and averaged 17.8 yards per catch in his final year with the Horned Frogs.

The Chargers' offseason wasn't as busy as it can pertain - other than picking up Veteran linebacker Eric Kendricks, the Bolts didn't make any big moves during free agency, but still have about $12 million in cap space remaining.

A few Chargers have been trying to help convince DeAndre Hopkins to join the powder blue, but he still remains as a free agent as we enter July.

Hiring Kellen Moore can arguably be considered as another high off-season move for the Chargers. The former QB-turned-Offensive Coordinator had almost the entire league fight for his signature as he was one of the most renowned coaches in the league after his four-year stint with the Dallas Cowboys.

Tag teaming him with Justin Herbert and the Chargers wide receiver core, Quentin Johnston has everything set up for him to make a strong impact in his rookie year.
