The Los Angeles Chargers have drafted many players from some of the best college football universities in the nation. Many colleges produce a ton of great NFL talent; however, some schools produce more than others, and Norte Dame is one of those schools where great NFL talent has come out.

One of those talents is Julian Love, the safety of the Seattle Seahawks. Not only does he represent the Seahawks, but he's a proud Norte Dame alum. Love recently appeared on Good Morning Football and shared his top five list of greatest players from his prestigious university, and among those names was none other than the remarkable linebacker, former Charger Manti Te'o.

Here's what he had to say about the legendary linebacker

"Perhaps the most decorated Hawiann high school prospect of all time, a dylan hall legend. He led ND to the 2013 national championship game versus Alabama, finished second, and probably should've won the Heisman if not for Johnny Football. Drafted in the second round by the Chargers. This guy is the definition of mental fortitude and strength. He's battled adversity and is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet."

Before donning the blue and gold of the Chargers, Manti Te'o had a college career that was nothing short of extraordinary. His time at Notre Dame saw him achieve incredible feats, capturing the attention of football enthusiasts across the nation.

Te'o's stats speak volumes; finishing as a Heisman runner-up to Johnny Manziel, he led the Irish in various categories, showcasing his versatility and ability to dominate both running and passing plays.

Te'o faced personal challenges that impacted his professional career with the Chargers and beyond. Yet, his impact on the field and his college legacy were indelible. It comes as no surprise that Love, also a product of Notre Dame, included Te'o in his top five list of standout players from their alma mater.

If only things had worked out with Te'o, he could've done a number on opponents in the NFL in a Charger uniform.
