Chargers News: Watch Cameron Dicker's Insane 53-Yard Field Goal Against Bears

Dicker continues strong 2023 season

One of the biggest unsung heroes from the Chargers' 30-13 win over the Bears on Sunday Night Football is the team's kicker.

Cameron Dicker came into Sunday's game on a hot streak as he hasn't missed a kick in his previous three games.

The streak continued for him as he went 3-3 on field goals and 3-3 on extra points.

Dicker hit field goals from 43, 46, and 53 yards away

Dicker was responsible for 12 points which is the most he has recorded this season.

He had now hit a 50-yard field in his last two games and hasn't missed a field goal from 40 yards away this season.

In fantasy, Dicker was one of the top kickers in the league as he recorded 16 points.

Games can often be decided by a single kick, and Bolts fans know all too well how close a lot of the losses have been lately. With Dicker nailing a 53-yard field goal, it stands to reason the young kicker can come through in those clutch moments.

Granted, the Bolts beat up the Bears all game and scored 30 points, but we imagine that these long-field goals will be common enough for Dicker to shine once again.

Dicker will look to continue his hot start to the season next week when the Chargers take on the Jets for Monday Night Football.
