Emerging as the lead back for his team in his rookie season, one divisional rival's recent appearance on a podcast spanned a number of topics.

One of these questions Chiefs running back Isaiah Pacheco answered was his top five running backs of all time, which included a Chargers icon in the mix and his own talents.

Tomlinson spent most of his career with the Bolts, and the former TCU product dominated for a seven-year stretch that ultimately landed him in the Hall of Fame for his efforts.

From his initial season in 2001 to his 2008 year, Tomlinson was the ultimate weapon in backfields with Drew Brees and then Philip Rivers after compiling over 15,000 scrimmage yards and 141 touchdowns in that time.

The highlight of Tomlinson's career surely came in 2007 after he broke the single-season NFL record for rushing touchdowns, setting the new watermark at 23 on the ground.

Pitching in eight more scores through the air, LT won the MVP and Offensive Player of the Year awards alongside the obvious First-Team All-Pro and Pro Bowl nods to finish the season.

Though Tomlinson was never able to reach Super Bowl glory with the franchise, he still left his mark as one of the team's all-time greats for nearly a decade in Charger blue and gold.

Pacheco's recognition for his contributions is an endearing gesture and salute to one of the game's greatest end zone magnets of all time.

Though the young Chiefs back has quite a ways to go before being on the same level as our LT, it's still nice to see him shouting out a legend that won't be forgotten here in LA.

That being said, Pacheco's team is still enemy number one for Brandon Staley's, and this year's version of the Chargers will take this rivalry to the field as always.
