The NFL draft is not the easiest of times for everybody. The future of teams can really on their top picks, blockbuster trades can be made in the last minute, and certain players have no idea where they will be headed.

It appears some of that pressure is caving in on one of the Los Angeles Chargers' top LT prospects.

Darnell Wright, Tennessee, noticed some slander coming from the Same Old Stripes' podcast host Willie Lutz and did not hesitate to let him know how he felt.

Have a read for yourself, provided by the NFL's Dov Kleiman.

Wright notably switched from right tackle to left tackle during his collegiate career and didn't take too kindly to Lutz claiming that he couldn't continue playing that position at the professional level.

However, even if disrespect was felt and present, Wright is the one with a lot to lose in this case. It is Lutz's job to critique and share his beliefs on his platform. On the other hand, Wright is trying to prove to NFL front offices that he not only possesses the talent but also the character to be a first-round pick.

The NFL did like what they saw out of him at their combine recently.

"Right tackle prospect who used his size and power to overcome athletic limitations and spotty technique on the collegiate level. The tape can be a little uneven for Wright with poor block finishes followed up by aggressive pancakes. He played with much better body control and footwork in 2022, though. Wright is capable of staying at right tackle at the next level provided he’s given protection help from time to time. While he was often a positional blocker at Tennessee, he’s a very talented drive blocker when allowed to fire out. There will be inconsistent outings, but Wright should develop into a decent starting tackle with the potential to kick inside if necessary."

Lutz himself was the one that originally shared the direct message from Wright so we will have to see if any major effects result of this.
