The Los Angeles Chargers are gearing up for their Week 3 opponent, the Minnesota Vikings. However, LA could be catching a break as we learned that the Vikings will be without their starting defensive end Marcus Davenport.

NFL insider Tom Pelissero was among the first to report.

This will be Davensport's second game missed through three games.

The 27-year-old has been dealing with an ankle injury he suffered in practice before their season opener and has been limited since.

This could be a massive break for the Bolts, as they are hunting for their first win of the season. The Vikings are in the same boat, so you know these two teams will scrap and claw for that first dub.

It will be a fun game to witness, and with both teams coming in a little hobbled, their depth must step up to get the win. Hopefully, the Bolts have and do enough to outlast Minnesota on the road.
