Chargers News: Insider Pinpoints 2 Dangerous Cowboys Defenders Ahead Of LA Game

Their offensive line will be tested on Monday.

As the Los Angeles Chargers get ready for their Monday Night Football matchup with the Dallas Cowboys, they will need to come in prepared for the Dallas defense. LA has had some issues this season with consistency, so they will need to play a solid game in order to win.

Dallas possesses a strong defense, led by dominant pass rushers Micah Parsons and Demarcus Lawrence. Los Angeles will need to find different ways to neutralize them if they want to come away with the win.

Gavino Borquez of Chargers Wire listed the two players among the top five players to watch on the Cowboys entering this game.

“The Cowboys boast a fearsome front that has terrorized opposing backfields. There aren’t many players that have done as much damage as Parsons this season, though. He has four sacks and 29 quarterback pressures through five games. Lawrence, on the other hand, should also pose a threat. The veteran pass rusher has totaled 17 pressures and a pair of sacks. Rashawn Slater and Trey Pipkins will definitely have their hands full on Monday.”

The Bolts offensive line will have to play their best game of the season and make sure they protect quarterback Justin Herbert. Keeping Herbert upright will be a major key for this Chargers team in this one, and if the Cowboys get any momentum on defense, it could be a long night for the Bolts.

LA could use quick passes to help their offense negate anything that the Cowboys throw at them, and this should also open things up offensively. They will also need their running game to get going early, and that will open up the passing game.

This game against Dallas will be a strong test for this Chargers team, and it will show how far they have come after their bye week.
