For the second time in roughly a month and a half, the Kansas City Chiefs and Buffalo Bills will square off in a critical matchup for both teams.

Back in Week 14, Andy Reid and Sean McDermott's squads met with plenty riding on the line. The Chiefs were 8-4 at the time and looking to avoid a losing streak, whereas the Bills were coming off a bye week and eyeing an improbable run at the postseason. With the Divisional Round of the AFC playoffs arriving, Kansas City and Buffalo will meet again with the stakes even higher.

Both sides are on the heels of stellar home victories on Super Wild Card Weekend. The Chiefs dispatched the Miami Dolphins on Saturday behind an elite defensive performance, whereas Josh Allen dazzled in the Bills' Monday triumph over the Pittsburgh Steelers. In a rematch of the aforementioned December outing and a Divisional Round game from the 2021-22 campaign, there's plenty of recent history that helps predict another potential thriller.
