KC Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes Joins Logan Paul, KSI's Prime Endorsement Team

A new business venture for Mahomes sees him team up with Logan Paul, KSI and others to promote Prime and its product.

These days, Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes might be growing due to his off-the-field ventures just as much as his stellar performances in games. On Monday, a new business partnership for the reigning NFL MVP was announced.

Mahomes is signing with Prime (stylized as PRIME), a beverage brand founded by celebrity media standouts and boxers Logan Paul and KSI.

In an exclusive story from the Hollywood Reporter, it's revealed that Mahomes will work with Prime on "social media, special events, charitable activations and more, including Mahomes' charity 15 and the Mahomies Foundation." The article also reveals that Prime has donated $100,000 to the foundation. Here's more directly from Mahomes, per Hollywood Reporter:

“Prime is a disruptive brand that has taken over the beverage industry since it first launched. They are gamechangers, and that’s exactly what I strive to be on the field,” said Mahomes in a statement. “Our partnership is a winning play, merging innovation and excellence, setting a new standard both on and off the field.”

Many wondered what Paul, KSI and company were up to when Paul recently posted a picture of himself and KSI at a Chiefs game on his X account. Kansas City hosted the Buffalo Bills on the same day the picture was posted (Dec. 10), leaving the door open for an imminent development to take place. The announcement of signing Mahomes is just that, adding more fuel to the fire that Prime has been spreading throughout the globe since it launched. Prime's first product, PRIME Hydration, was released in 2022 as a proposed alternative to other sports-type drinks on the market.

Mahomes is far from the only star-level athlete or brand to be a part of Prime's team. Notable partnerships include FC Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Arsenal, UFC's Alexander Volkanovski, soccer standout Erling Haaland and more. The company estimates that it will do a staggering $1.2 billion in sales this year. With one of the faces of the NFL now supporting them, Prime will look to continue growing in the future.
