Colts Draft Small-School Edge Defend Titus Leo
The Indianapolis Colts have selected Wagner defensive end Titus Leo in the sixth round of the 2023 NFL Draft, with the 211th overall pick.
Leo (6'3", 245, 34" arms) is the first "unknown" player from the Colts' 2023 draft class and is just the fourth player ever drafted out of Wagner. He didn't have strong statistical sack production in college, but he did have 32.5 tackles for loss over the last two years.
Leo is an athletic, high-motor edge defender. He's the first player drafted by the Colts this year who didn't make it into the Indy Draft Guide, but guessing by his size and testing scores, he's likely a LEO/weakside defensive end in defensive coordinator Gus Bradley's system.
Other defensive ends on the Colts' roster are Kwity Paye, Samson Ebukam, Dayo Odeyingbo, Tyquan Lewis, Kameron Cline, and Rashod Berry.
