Now We Know When Colts-Texans Will Face Off with Playoffs On the Line

The NFL has determined the day and time for the Indianapolis Colts and Houston Texans to play in Week 18.

It all comes down to this: if the Indianapolis Colts beat the Houston Texans next weekend, then they're into the playoffs. And now we know when that matchup will take place.

The NFL announced on Sunday night that the Colts (9-7) will host the Texans (9-7) at Lucas Oil Stadium next Saturday, Jan. 6 at 8:15pm ET, which will be televised on ESPN/ABC.

This AFC South matchup will be preceded by an AFC North tilt also with playoff implications as the Baltimore Ravens (13-3) host the Pittsburgh Steelers (9-7) at 4:30pm ET on ESPN/ABC.

The Colts currently sit at the 7th and final seed in the AFC playoffs after defeating the Las Vegas Raiders at home on Sunday in Week 17, but are tied in record with the Texans, Steelers, and Jacksonville Jaguars.

If the Colts win on Saturday and the Jaguars lose against the Tennessee Titans on Sunday then the Colts will win the AFC South division crown and solidify a top-4 seed and to host a playoff game.
