Where does NFL.com Rank Anthony Richardson as Rookie of the Year Candidate?

How high was Anthony Richardson ranked on NFL.com's list of top candidates for offensive rookie of the year?
In this story:

The Indianapolis Colts selected Anthony Richardson with the No. 4 overall pick in April's NFL Draft. That number still holds some significance in NFL.com's offensive rookie of the year candidate rankings, because Richardson comes in fourth on their list.

Two quarterbacks were selected ahead of Richardson with Bryce Young going first overall to the Carolina Panthers and C.J. Stroud going second overall to the Houston Texans.

They came in second and third on the list with running back Bijan Robinson of the Atlanta Falcons leading the pack.

"It only takes a Google search to find my NFL draft scouting report for Richardson," wrote Lance Zierlein on NFL.com. "You'll quickly learn that I believe he is a high-ceiling/low-floor prospect with accuracy issues who needs a long runway to develop into an NFL quarterback."

"However, if the Colts expedite the process, it's worth noting that Richardson is big (6-foot-4, 232 pounds), fast and has the same coach calling plays for him (Shane Steichen) who called plays for Jalen Hurts in 2022. His rushing numbers and potential short-yardage touchdowns could give Richardson's OROY chances a big boost -- especially if Young or Stroud struggle out of the gate."

Richardson isn't just big and fast; he's arguably the most physically-gifted quarterback prospect... ever.

Richardson's relative athletic score (RAS) is a perfect 10 at quarterback. What's also interesting is changing his position to wide receiver or linebacker, and he's still a perfect 10 among some of the most athletic players to ever play the game.

Steichen is being tasked with turning the entire offense around after a disastrous 2022 season. Integrating a weapon like Richardson quickly will be one of his top priorities.
