The two teams split the season series last year, with the Jaguars winning in Jacksonville in Week 1, 24-0, and the Colts winning at Lucas Oil Stadium in Week 6, 34-27.

This is a much different Colts team this time around, with a new head coach in Shane Steichen and a new rookie quarterback in Anthony Richardson. All eyes will be on these two.

Beyond Richardson, the Colts' backfield takes the field without running back Jonathan Taylor, who is on the Physically Unable to Perform list following an ankle procedure in January. The starting offensive line will also try to prove the Colts right as to why they didn't make any big changes to the group over the offseason.

As for the defense, the Colts have a group that is going into their second season with Gus Bradley as the defensive coordinator, but the cornerbacks are an incredibly new squad with Kenny Moore II being the only returning experienced player who saw meaningful snaps last season.

Under the direction of a new head coach/quarterback combination, will the Colts finally bust their streak of losing on opening day since 2013?
