Colts quarterback Anthony Richardson will miss his second consecutive game as he recovers from back spasms. Veteran Joe Flacco, who has a 1-4 record as a starter in 2024, will get the start in Richardson's place as Flacco and the Colts look to avenge a 37-34 loss in Jacksonville in Week 5.
