MAR 13 WAGNER JOINS COMMANDERS The Washington Commanders are adding one of the best linebackers in the NFL.

According to NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport, the Commanders are signing Seattle Seahawks All-Pro linebacker Bobby Wagner to a deal.

Wagner and new head coach Dan Quinn worked together when the latter was Seattle's defensive coordinator from 2013-14.

MARCH 12 COMMANDER SIGN FOWLER JR. Add another former Dallas Cowboys to the list of players signing with the Washington Commanders.

This time, it was another pass rusher, as defensive end Dante Fowler Jr. agreed to a deal with the Commanders, according to Bleacher Report insider Jordan Schultz. Fowler Jr. had four sacks last season and in his two years in Dallas with Commanders head coach Dan Quinn as his defensive coordinator, he had 10 sacks. He also briefly played for Quinn in his final season as the Atlanta Falcons' head coach before he was fired five games into the 2020 season.

With the signing of Fowler Jr., he becomes the third former Cowboys to sign with the Commanders. Washington also signed defensive end Dorance Armstrong Jr. and center Tyler Biadasz on Monday.

MAR 11 BURNS TRADED TO GIANTS The Washington Commanders are welcoming one of the league's best pass rushers to the NFC East.

According to Boston Globe reporter Ben Volin, the New England Patriots are interested in signing Brissett.

Brissett showed some flashes for the Commanders late in the season, and now he may look to return to the Patriots, where he began his career.

MAR 1 COMMANDERS CUT LENO The Washington Commanders are saying goodbye to one of their veteran tackles.

FEB 15 GAY, BLOUGH ADDED TO STAFF The Washington Commanders continue to build an impressive coaching staff.

The team announced two new hires on Thursday: assistant quarterbacks coach David Blough and assistant defensive backs coach William Gay.

Blough, 28, recently retired after a five-year career with the Detroit Lions and Arizona Cardinals. He has seven starts at quarterback under his belt.
