Bills vs. Commanders GAMEDAY: How to Watch, Betting Odds
The Washington Commanders welcome the AFC East's Buffalo Bills to FedEx Field on Sunday. Buffalo seems back on track after a shaky start to the season, while Washington has had to mount comeback wins in each of its first two games.
This should be a measuring stick game for the Commanders after wins over Denver and Arizona, while Buffalo hopes to show it's still a championship contender.
“Pretty big,” Washington coach Ron Rivera said. "This is one of the elite teams coming in and we’ve got to gear up, we’ve got to practice, prepare, get ourselves ready to go and give us a great opportunity to see where we stand.”
After a four-turnover game for Bills quarterback Josh Allen in Week 1 vs. the Jets, he cleaned things up a bit last week against the Raiders. Allen completed 31 of 37 passes for 274 yards and three touchdowns against Las Vegas.
“Staying within the system, not trying to do anything too crazy,” said Allen, who's set to play his first career game at FedEx Field. “Just making sure we’re being smart and methodical with what we’re doing ... and win football games.”
