Brissett runs the play action and evades a pair of Bengals pass rushers to find Tinsley downfield, who breaks a tackle on his way to the end zone.

Tinsley transferred to Penn State this past season from Western Kentucky to play in the slot, a role which was vacated by teammate Jahan Dotson after he came to the Commanders.

Earlier this offseason, we spoke with , and he explained what Tinsley's biggest strength is.

"I don’t remember Tinsley overtly dropping a ball that he should have caught. Like his Penn State predecessor Jahan Dotson, Tinsley converts third downs because his hands seldom let him down. He also runs precise routes, can play across the field and is comfortable going across the middle. He didn’t shy from contact and also has some value on special teams."

Tinsley is competing in a crowded receiver room for one of the final roster spots, but finding the end zone should certainly help his chances to make the team.

The Commanders and Bengals are tied 7-7 in the middle of the second quarter.
