Colt McCoy to join Redskins QB competition in camp

The battle is a three-way, not just between the tradee and franchise heir.

Many people forget that there was already going to be a quarterback competition for the Washington Redskins, long before they spent the No. 15 overall selection on Ohio State's Dwayne Haskins.

Case Keenum wasn't promised the starting gig when he was acquired this offseason. He was going to compete with long-time backup Colt McCoy. Well, McCoy's been off the radar after breaking his leg, but he should not be discounted in the competition to come in training camp.
