Academy of Country Music Awards at Cowboys Headquarters: Date, Ticket Information
FRISCO - The 58th Academy of Country Music Awards made history at the 12,000-seat Ford Center last year, becoming the first awards show located at the Dallas Cowboys' state-of-the-art headquarters.
The fun continues this year, with the 59th ACM Awards returning May 16.
Last year's show was unforgettable. A nearly unrecognizable Cowboys HQ transformed into one of the biggest stages in music and two stars of 'America's Team' kicked off the star-studded evening. Donning cowboys boots and hats, Dak Prescott and Emmitt Smith presented the first award of the 58th Academy of Country Music Awards at the 12,000-seat Ford Center.
The two-hour concert was headlined by Dolly Parton on a stage with 100 feet of flames, with 18 dancers and a million pieces of confetti. Parton and Garth Brooks hosted the show that garnered more than 7.7 million viewers on Prime Video,
And now the 59th ACM Awards is back for more with executive producer Raj Kapoor also returning.

"I can't wait for people like Jerry Jones to walk in and say, 'How did you put all of this in this venue?'" Kapoor said in an exclusive interview with Amaranthus last year. "It's a massive show. We are at capacity with the most gear that has ever been in here. I think it's really impressive and beautiful."
It's a victory for owner Jones' vision and his $5.1 billion investment in the 91-acre headquarters. Opened in 2016, Jones harbors hopes of some day bringing the NFL Draft and possibly the scouting combine to The Star.
"Frisco, Texas and The Star District proved to be the perfect new home for the evolution of this Emmy-nominated ‘Party,’ bringing music’s biggest global superstars to the passionate and loyal Texas Country Music fans!” said ACM CEO Damon Whiteside. “We’re thrilled to bring ACM Awards week to life again at the home of America’s Team, the Dallas Cowboys... To make this year’s show even bigger and better."
Established in 1966, the Academy of Country Music Awards is the longest-running country music awards show and made history in 2022 as the first major awards ceremony to exclusively livestream, in partnership with Prime Video.
