The Dallas Cowboys sit at 8-3 heading into a Thursday night matchup with the Seattle Seahawks. After 12 weeks it's becoming clear which players are separating themselves from the rest of the pack in the NFL.

Fans have the opportunity to vote for their favorites between Nov. 27 and Dec. 25, and Cowboys fans in particular will have several opportunities to support their team. Blogging the Boys recently offered its take on which Cowboys players are most deserving of a Pro Bowl nod for the Orlando Games on Feb. 4.

There are 12 players listed by BtB as "locks" for Orlando - five on offense, five on defense and two special teamers - and it's fun to argue a case for all of them.

Quarterback Dak Prescott is having a career year and sits near the top of the league in several statistical categories. Wideout CeeDee Lamb has proven himself as a true No. 1 option at his position, and offensive linemen Zack Martin, Tyler Smith, and Tyron Smith have anchored a unit that is one of the best in the NFL this season.

Defensively, pass rushers Micah Parsons and DeMarcus Lawrence, along with defensive tackle Osa Odighizuwa and corner DaRon Bland make the list of potential "locks" for the Cowboys. Bland just set the league record for interception returns for touchdowns with five, with six games left to play.

On special teams, rookie kicker Brandon Aubrey is at the top of the league with regard to consistency this season, while kick and punt returner KaVontae Turpin is the best in the NFL.

Mentioned by BtB as "Wild Cards" to make it to Orlando after the start of the new year are center Tyler Biadasz, linebacker Markquese Bell and tight end Jake Ferguson. Biadasz made it as an injury replacement last year, and that could be a path that gets him there again. Bell has been highly regarded all season by Pro Football Focus but lacks name recognition, and Ferguson has a shot if he continues his high level of play.

Having a large number of Pro Bowl players is a great reflection of the organization they play for, and it could be big things for the Cowboys in the post season.
