FRISCO - National media critics have a habit of changing their opinions on the Dallas Cowboys the way a windsock changes directions in a tornado. As proof, along comes our pal Fox Sports' Colin Cowherd to offer up his preview of Christmas Eve's marquee matchup with the Cowboys at the Miami Dolphins.

Cowherd has not exactly been a believer in the 2023 Dak Prescott-led Cowboys. But based on his fresh, new and bold prediction for the game? He's even less of a believer in the Dolphins.

"I think Dallas is going to blow them out,'' Cowherd said. "They're going to push them around.''

See? Bold! ... Especially as both teams are 10-4 and bound for the playoffs ... and especially as Miami is favored by two points here. Still, Colin carries on ...

"One team doesn't have to have a fake Gucci bag. They've got a real one," he said.

"Which team has a real Gucci bag?'' is a new level of analysis, and it's fun. But is the guess accurate?

Cowherd explained that in his view, the difference between the Dolphins and Cowboys is that Dallas is a more physical team on on both sides of the ball ... while damning the speedy Dolphins as being a club that relies more on finesse.
