'Remember The Cowboys!' Tom Brady & Denzel Washington on Dak Prescott & Dallas Super Bowl Debate
FRISCO - How completely and indelibly are the Dallas Cowboys ingrained into the psyches of sports fans?
So much so that when Tom Brady hangs out with Denzel Washington, the subject naturally turns to "America's Team'' and its Super Bowl chances.
Because ... Why not, right?
“I don’t know,'' said the Oscar-winning legend when asked by Brady about Dallas and a title. "I don’t know. I can't figure them out? Can you figure them out?''

Responded Brady, the seven-time Super Bowl winner and retired QB GOAT: "They always feel like they're right on the brink, and, then, it just doesn't quite get them to the top, top.''
All of that is fair enough - just two sports fans talking about sports - with the only difference being that it occurred not in a sports bar or a barber shop but rather on Brady's Let’s Go! Podcast.
Brady's qualifications on the subject are unquestioned. And Denzel's sports qualifications? In addition to starring in "Remember The Titans'' (football) "He Got Game'' (basketball) and "The Hurricane'' (boxing), he shows off his NFL interest by attending Cowboys training camp in Oxnard every year.
Oh, and little-known fact: In addition to his son having a stint as an NFL running back, Denzel played college basketball at Fordham under coach P.J. Carlesimo.

Denzel, by the way, raved about Dak Prescott’s skills as the leader of the 8-3 Cowboys.
“I love the kid, I love the quarterback, I love him. He’s a leader of men. He’s a man of God. He’s due!'' Washington said.
