Cowboys Zack Martin Signs: EXCLUSIVE: 'He'll Be Ready!' Promises Coach

"Zack Martin is working on specific ways of getting even better,'' says trainer Duke Manyweather of the perennial Cowboys All-Pro as they continue their workouts usually six times weekly. "It's very deliberate training. And it's about always being ready.''

FRISCO - "He will be ready!!!'' writes Duke Manyweather, the personal trainer to a number of standout NFL lineman, most notably at the moment Dallas Cowboys Zack Martin - who on Monday ended his contract holdout, winning a raise of $8.5 million for two years, with a new APY of $18 million.

Amid all sorts of zany (irresponsible) speculation about Martin being done with football, the video and photographic evidence of the All-Pro guard's work tells you what he was doing while his side argued about a "woeful'' salary of $13.5 million for 2023 - almost $7 million less than the other top guards are earning.

And our one-on-one interview with Martin's personal trainer Duke Manyweather of "OL Masterminds'' confirms all of that positivity.

"Zack is working on specific ways of getting even better,'' said Manyweather of the perennial All-Pro as they continue their workouts usually six times weekly. "It's very deliberate training. And it's about always being ready.''

And, we asked Manyweather, just how "always ready'' is his superstar client?

"Zack - in all areas - looks and is performing as well as I've ever seen him.''

Manyweather isn't in the contract business. But he is considered the best in the business at what he does.

Meanwhile, so is Martin - and the Cowboys don't argue that. … as the front office just demonstrated.

The Cowboys Nation tug-of-war is over …

Martin is on his way to Oxnard, and when Week 1 of the NFL season is here, he will be in New York.

At which time ... "He will be ready!!!'' will be tested - a test trainer Duke Manyweather promises his client will, as always, pass.
