Dallas Cowboys' Micah Parsons Issues 'Taylor Swift Dating Challenge' to Travis Kelce 'Brothers'

The talk of the NFL right now is all about about Kansas City Chiefs All-Pro tight end Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift - and Dallas Cowboys linebacker Micah Parsons wants in on the action.

FRISCO - Dallas Cowboys linebacker Micah Parsons is surely feeling the pain of Sunday's embarrassing Week 3 loss at the lowly Arizona Cardinals. But maybe he also needs a distraction to take his mind off his woes.

Enter pop star Taylor Swift, the NFL weekend's No. 1 distraction.

The talk of the NFL right now is all about about Kansas City Chiefs All-Pro tight end Travis Kelce and Ms. Swift. The two were known to have been "hanging out'' before Sunday, when Swift - after receiving an invite from Kelce - attended the Chiefs' blowout of the Chicago Bears at Arrowhead Stadium.

During the game, she sat with Kelce's mom. Afterward, Travis and Taylor were seen walking out of the stadium together.

And Parsons, having taken notice, is now sending a "challenge'' message to NFL players.

"Damn, you shot from deep and you scored, my brother,'' Micah shouted out to Kelce. "That's dope. I can't even lie. I want to see someone shoot at someone else. The NFL is up right now!''

"Shoot at someone,'' of course meaning that Micah envisions all NFL players taking their "shot'' at dating pop stars and the like. It has been suggested that Kelce reaching out to a starlet and developing a relationship of a sort with her has "started a new trend for NFL players.'' But newsflash: The football player dating the cheerleader is as old as the game itself. Nevertheless, Micah is pushing on ...

"I challenge all my other NFL guys, start shooting from deep,'' Parsons said with a smile. "We got to start shooting, brother, and publicly shooting."
