Cowboys in the NFL Pro Bowl: How to Watch

Rather than the traditional football game with full pads and NFL rules, the Pro Bowl game will instead be a 7-on-7 flag football game.

It's Pro Bowl time again as the Super Bowl approaches, and this year the NFL returns to Las Vegas. But things will look a little different, as the Pro Bowl has been reimagined.

The multi-day AFC vs. NFC competition kicked off on Thursday with the top NFL Pro Bowl players competing in an also reimagined skills challenge. And on Sunday, the actual game itself occurs, but like the rest of the weekend, it also will look very different.

Rather than the traditional football game with full pads and NFL rules, the participants will instead play in a 7-on-7 flag football game.

The Dallas Cowboys have eight players named to this year's Pro Bowl Games, with some staples from previous seasons included. Eight is the most players the Cowboys have sent to the Pro Bowl since 2018, and Dallas is one of just six NFL teams to send at least five players to Las Vegas.

Cowboys offensive guard Zack Martin is headed to his eighth Pro Bowl in nine years and led fan voting at his position. The only season of his career Martin did not receive a Pro Bowl nod was 2020 when he missed six games due to injury.

Return man KaVontae Turpin makes his first appearance in his first season in the NFL. Turpin appeared in all 17 games this season as a kick and punt returner averaging 10.4 yards per punt return and 34.2 yards per kickoff return.

Linebacker Micah Parsons makes his second appearance in as many years in the league and led fan voting at his position. Parsons played in all 17 games this season and registered 65 tackles, three fumble recoveries, one touchdown, and three passes defended.

Running back Tony Pollard earned his first Pro Bowl appearance after leading the Cowboys in rushing yards with 1,007 while adding nine touchdowns on the ground. Pollard also caught 39 passes for 371 yards and three more touchdowns through the air.

Defensive end DeMarcus Lawrence earns his third Pro Bowl nod after a three-year absence. Lawrence played in all 17 games for the Cowboys while recording 65 tackles, six sacks, three forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries including one for a touchdown, and 13 quarterback hits.

Wideout CeeDee Lamb will appear in his second Pro Bowl after catching 107 balls for 1,359 yards and nine touchdowns. Lamb also carried the ball 10 times for 47 yards.

Cornerback Trevon Diggs makes his second appearance in the Pro Bowl, after his first appearance last season. Diggs' interceptions number was down from 11 to three last season, but his overall play improved dramatically. Diggs also recovered one fumble and registered 59 tackles, 50 of which were solo.

Center Tyler Biadasz was a late addition to his first Pro Bowl after being named an alternate for Philadelphia's Jason Kelce who advanced to the Super Bowl.
