'I Ruined Stephen A.!' Cowboys' 'MVP' Micah Parsons Dominates NBA All-Star Game: WATCH
FRISCO - Micah Parsons boasted that he is capable of dominating on a basketball court ... and it ain't braggin' if it's true.
The Dallas Cowboys star dominated the NBA Celebrity All-Star Game on Friday in Indianapolis, pouring in a notable 37 points, 16 rebounds and four steals to take home MVP honors in Team Shannon Sharpe's 100-91 victory over Team Stephen A. Smith.
"I just said I was going to be a force to be reckoned with,'' Parsons said. "The energy was amazing!''
After the game, Parsons took a fun swipe at Stephen A. Smith. ...
The pair jousted previously, with Smith telling him he wouldn't win MVP. And then came a pre-game practice session in which Smith was apparently trying to guard Parsons and was as a result sent to the hospital with an ankle injury.
Said Parsons, with a tip of the cap to Smith's well-crafted reputation as a "Cowboys hater: I "ruined his day" with the All-Star game win.
The Lucas Oil Stadium audience in Indy knows basketball ... and so does Parsons, who in high school back in Harrisburg, PA, was a football and wrestling star who also produced on the hardwood.
The spin move? The dunk? All for a 6-3, 245-pound football player? Micah "ruined'' any criticism of his athleticism, for sure.
