Two, not only is Dallas sitting at home watching as the Lions advance - even though the Cowboys were the No. 2 seed and the Lions the No. 3 seed - the Cowboys are sitting at home watching as part of a drought that is now the conference's second-longest.

This season the Lions won the NFC North for literally the first time ever and now they have hhese two playoff wins - the first for Detroit since they defeated the Cowboys at the end of the 1991 season.

That loss set up a Dallas dynasty. ... that now seems a long, long time ago.

The Lions have their NFC title game berth. And they have their revenge over Dallas.
