On today's episode of The Daily Hunt:

Ryan Fitzpatrick was nominated for the Fed Ex Air & Ground award following Miami's win over the New York Jets. Not only did Fitzpatrick finish the game without throwing an interception, but it was also a coming out party for receiver Preston Williams.

Each Tuesday morning of the regular season, through Thursday at 3 p.m. ET, fans can visit NFL.com/FedEx or the NFL Twitter page to vote for their favorite performances of the week, with FedEx awarding a $2,000 donation in the winning players’ names to The USO.

Fitzpatrick finished the game with three touchdowns and 288 passing yards.

“I think he’s an experienced player," coach Brian Flores said on Monday. "He understands this offense. By all accounts, he’s pretty much a coach on the field, so he can kind of direct traffic and point guys in the right direction. I think in a lot of ways, that’s probably what he’s alluding to, and I see that, too. He’s done a good job from that standpoint and he’s a confident person. The other guys feed off of that confidence and I think that’s helped us across the board, not just offensively.
