On today's episode of The Daily Hunt:

Preston Williams is done for the season and running back Mark Walton has been suspended for four games. Two players that started the season buried on the depth chart quickly become big parts of Miami's offense.

Moving forward, different names at both running back and wide receiver will have an opportunity to step up and show they belong in Miami's big-picture plan for years to come. After a strong preseason, both Myles Gaskin and undrafted rookie Patrick Laird will likely get some snaps at runningback behind Kalen Ballage.

"I haven’t focused on whether I get reps or not on Sundays. I just come in every week, prepare the same and make sure when I get the opportunity on a Sunday I’m ready to go," Laird said earlier this week. "I'm treating this week like every week this season – just come in, prepare, learn the game plan and try to execute in practice.”

At wide receiver, it will be up to Allen Hurns, Jakeem Grant and Albert Wilson to fill the holes left by Miami's leading receiver through eight weeks.
