#221 Browns - Donnie Lewis, CB. Tulane

#222 Bears - Kerrith Whyte, RB, Florida Atlantic

OUTLOOK: An all-purpose performer who returned a kick return for touchdown in each of the past two seasons and has 2,115 kick return yards (26-yard average). He struggles as a runner between the tackles and is at his best when setting up blocks to cut it outside. However, he can be a handful to bring down in the open field once he gets a head of steam. Projects as more of a gadget player at the next level, who would be viewed more as a special teams contributor than a workhorse back.

#223 Bengals - Jordan Brown, CB, South Dakota State

OUTLOOK: Rare size with good overall weight distribution. Thick frame that makes him looks more like a safety than a corner, though his hips are certainly corner-caliber. Shows an easy transition from backpedal to vertical, smoothly changing directions to stick in the hip of receivers in man coverage. A touch high in his backpedal but chops his feet and breaks downhill quickly. Good route awareness, overall, anticipating receivers' cuts and keeping his frame between the quarterback and his intended target. Shows poise, timing and at least average hands for the position with the ball in the air, turning back to locate it and competing. Broke up 27 passes at SDSU with eight interceptions. Disappointing tackler, especially for a player of his size. Willing to lower an occasional shoulder into ballcarriers but fails to wrap securely with multiple missed tackles on tape. Willing to take on hard-charging blockers but shows little form in doing so, simply sacrificing his body rather than challenging the block in the hopes of blowing up the play. Corners with his size and fluidity are a valued commodity but to stick, he'll need to improve as a tackler.

#224 Lions - Isaac Nauta, TE, Georgia

OUTLOOK: Arrived to Georgia as a heralded five-star recruit and while he didn’t quite live up to expectations, Nauta finished up his career strong and appears ready for the next level as an early entree. He finished his career with 42 games played, including 27 starts, registering 68 catches for 905 receiving yards and eight touchdowns. Possesses the size, frame and maturity that should make for a rather seamless transition to the NFL. A highly competitive and physical player. Also a big play threat who is difficult to tackle in the open field. Has been used out of the slot and is not afraid to go over the middle. Shows sound blocking technique and great strength. Does a nice job of riding out his blocks and staying on his man through the whistle. A vocal leader who holds teammates accountable and isn’t afraid to speak up, according to his head coach Kirby Smart. Has been a streaky performer during his Bulldogs career, with 29 catches as a freshman, then just nine as a sophomore, before bouncing back with 30 receptions as a junior. The Georgia offense did not make great use of the tight end in their passing game. Will get caught turning and running before he actually catches the ball, leading to an occasional drop. Would like to see him be a bit more aware of the first down marker, he often cuts off his route prior to the marker.

#225 Bills - Darryl Johnson, EDGE, North Carolina A&T
