The NFL has announced the official list of compensatory picks that have been awarded for the 2024 NFL Draft.

The San Francisco 49ers lead the way with five additional selections, including one of the highest awarded, which comes at the end of the third round. The Jacksonville Jaguars, Los Angeles Rams and Philadelphia Eagles also received an additional third-round pick.

Compensatory picks are awarded to offset the difference between losses and additions in free agency from the previous offseason, as well as for developing minority candidates who get hired for head coach and general manager positions by other teams in the league.
