A feisty, physical defender, Cox-Cowan was shut out of any kind of pro day workout, so there are no verified measurables available and has been dubbed ‘undersized.’ However, his tough as nails personality, smothering man coverage mentality and go all out at all costs tenacity are the ‘it’ intangibles that gives Cox-Cowan a shot to make his mark in the NFL. He proved capable of covering the ‘bigger’ wide outs and was plenty fast to keep up with smaller/speedier targets too. Worth a good, hard look.
