The Indianapolis Colts will be without their franchise quarterback for at least one practice as he recovers from surgery.

Richardson underwent a procedure to "correct his nasal septum," the team announced Monday morning. Richardson will miss at least Monday's practice, but could return as early as Tuesday depending on his recovery, per the team.

The No. 4 overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft out of Florida, Richardson has already been getting first-team reps at training camp, and it wouldn't be surprising if he's the Week 1 starter for the Colts, despite having just one season of starting experience during his college career.
