Notre Dame running back Audric Estime is declaring for the 2024 NFL Draft, making his announcement via social media Thursday evening.

Estime also said he will not in the lineup when the Fighting Irish take the field for the Sun Bowl.

A powerful runner with a strong combination of vision, patience and explosiveness, Estime racked up 1,341 yards and 18 touchdowns on the ground this season for the Irish, averaging 6.4 yards per attempt.

In a 2024 NFL Draft class that doesn't have a clear-cut front-runner at the top of the running back group, Estime has an opportunity throughout the pre-draft process to prove himself worthy of that top spot.
